How we get paid
We only get paid when Meta spends on our ads.
Flank makes AI UGC ads for your business and charges 7% of what you spend on them. No retainer, no fee per ad. If Meta doesn’t spend on our ads, you don’t pay us for them, and we make new ones.
How it works
Won’t you just push me to spend more?
We can’t. You set the budget, and Meta decides which ads get it. It shows each person “the ad that’s most likely to achieve the lowest cost per optimization event,” so if ours lose to yours, Meta stops spending on them and we stop getting paid.
What 7% looks like
| Meta spends on our ads in a month | You pay us |
|---|---|
| $5,000 | $350 |
| $20,000 | $1,400 |
| $50,000 | $3,500 |
| $0, because Meta didn’t pick ours | $0 |
Compare that with paying per video or a monthly retainer: what each option costs.
Which ads do you charge for?
We agree it with you before you pay, and it’s written in your billing terms. For example: every ad with “Flank” in its name, its ad set’s name or its campaign’s name. Every fee shows in the app, ad by ad.
Who owns the ad account?
You do. You share it with our Business Manager as a partner, and we don’t change your ads or your account. The one exception: if a charge fails and stays unpaid, we pause the ads that use our creatives until it’s paid.
Is there a contract?
Nope. Stop whenever you want, and whatever’s left of your credit goes back to your card.

How to test us
Test our ads against yours.
We’re sure ours will win, so we put our time and money on it.
Three ways to test us
We keep making new ads for you, because we earn more when you can spend more. If our ads don’t perform, Meta won’t spend on them, and we don’t get paid.
